Kaori
Fukunaga, PhD, is a research manager in the Applied Electromagnetic
Research Center of the National Institute of Information and
Communications Technology, Tokyo, Japan. Her current research fields
include, deterioration analysis and test procedure development of
polymer insulations, high frequency characteristics of dielectric
materials, industrial applications of millimetre wave and terahertz
technologies. She is a member of IEEE, International Institute for
Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works, and Japan Institute of
Electronics Packaging.
