Noncommercial - No Derivative Works License. We have chosen
especially this license so we can allow authors to keep full copyrights after the publication but at the same time to be able to give access to their work as open as possible.

e-conservation magazine is a professional magazine and is published according to the Open Access concept, i.e. the magazine is available for free distribution. Authors will NOT be asked to sign a written paper for their agreement to submission and publication; instead, we claim that when a contribution is submitted to e-conservationline for e-conservation magazine, it is implicit that the author(s) already took knowledge and agree to the copyright terms posted on our website and made as clear as possible.
In order to be published in e-conservation magazine, contributions must to be original as they can not enter in conflict with any article previously published elsewhere under restrictive copyright by the author(s). Also, it can not be currently submitted for consideration to any other publisher.
Authors must also consider the following:
- In case the paper is written under collaboration with more authors or institutions, it is the responsibility of the authors to obtain the required approval from all the parts involved; - Authors must be the creators of the images of their article or must have usage and publishing permissions from the owners of the images. By submitting a contribution to e-conservation magazine it is implicit that authors have previously obtained the appropriate permissions concerning any cultural heritage items, works of art or persons depicted in the images;
- The creator of the image retains full copyright for images published within e-conservation magazine and on our website;
- Authors will retain full copyrights of their papers after publication; - By submitting a contribution, you give e-conservationline your permission to publish your material (both text and images) in electronic format (pdf file).
Authors are asked to provide the material by email (article and images as attachments), accompanied by the following publication agreement paragraph, which must be copied and pasted into the email body:
“By submitting this article to e-conservationline, I hereby confirm that: e-conservation magazine is a way for professionals to publish their knowledge and get compensated in a distinct manner: by the worldwide recognition that they will receive through the magazine. The submitted contributions are providing in return free advertisement for their authors or their companies.
E-conservationline does not give compensations for the articles published in e-conservation magazine.
E-conservationline is promoting the Open Access to knowledge and information by publishing e_conservation magazine for free.
