Preliminary Submission is an optional method to get assured of the suitability of the proposed article to the magazine's criteria before submitting the manuscript. This is an option recommend for time saving in case the author is not sure of the reliability of his article.

Submission deadline

Due to the fact that e-conservation is an online publication, the deadlines are extendable and you can always submit your manuscript when it is ready. Still, you should bear in mind the fact that reviewing the articles is a time consuming process and for your own interest the submission of the manuscript after the correction has to be made within a time limit.

Here is the timeline that e-conservation magazine works according with:

1. » Reception of the manuscript;

2. » Submission to the members of the Editorial Board for review: up to 7 days;

3. » Review of the article: up to 30 days;

4. » Returning the manuscript to the author for correction;

5. » Deadline for correction: 30 days;

6. » Receiving the manuscript until final publication – up to 3 months according with:

   - the number of the manuscripts on hold, submitted earlier by other authors

   - the release date of the upcoming issue

   - the pre-allocated space in the magazine to each section
